ACQUISITION MANAGER, FACEBOOK

VIDA is a Google Ventures backed ecommerce platform that converts a creative vision into products in a matter of minutes and allows customers to purchase unique items from anywhere in the world. We manage a cutting-edge, just-in-time production process and work with tens of thousands of artists from over 150 countries around the world. We led 10x growth in revenues last year and are looking to hire a stellar Acquisition Manager to scale our marketing and growth.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute on a highly iterative and aggressive acquisition strategy to scale both artist and consumer acquisition on Facebook
  • Own the channel analytics completely, and adroitly change strategies and budget allocation based on performance
  • Manage to monthly growth and ROI targets for Facebook
  • Contribute to growth efforts beyond the channel and drive new initiatives
  • Work closely with members of the VIDA team to develop the creative, product and platform assets needed to scale successful campaigns

 

PROVEN RECORD OF

  • Growing the Facebook channel for an ecommerce and/or marketplace company from one that is nominally important into a key growth driver
  • Testing and iterating creative ideas that scale
  • Ability (and desire) to think beyond Facebook and fuel growth through other strategies

 

SKILLS

  • A highly analytical skill set and excellent Excel skills
  • Extensive experience with Facebook reporting, Google Analytics and channel analytics in general
  • Creative problem solver
  • Experience working with other acquisition channels would be ideal
